Our own drivers deliver your flowers in cooled vehicles, and always call the recipient before arriving.

Delivery slots

We deliver every day, including weekends and public holidays, between 9 AM and 10 PM. You can mention a preferred time window in the order notes and we will do our best to meet it.

Future-dated orders

You can order up to 30 days in advance for birthdays, anniversaries and special dates. Just add the date in the order notes.

If the recipient is not available

We will try to reach the recipient by phone. If we cannot, we will contact you to reschedule or leave the flowers with a neighbour, concierge or reception. A second delivery attempt may be charged.

Surprise deliveries

Keeping it a secret? Let us know in the order notes and we will not mention the sender's name when calling.
