Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on the Velisse Flowers & Gifts website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a delivery address cannot be reached; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm. We currently accept cash on delivery; online card payment will be added soon. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and one coupon may be used per order.

3. Flowers are natural

Every arrangement is made by hand from natural flowers, so it may differ slightly from the photos. If a particular flower or colour is unavailable, our florists will replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and areas are described in our Shipping & delivery page. Please make sure the recipient details are correct: we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Cancellations and changes

You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 12 hours before the delivery date. Because flowers are perishable, same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

6. Quality guarantee

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
